Built for the planners behind every great fête — by people who watched too many spreadsheets break on wedding days.
Fêteio was born from a simple frustration: too many Google Sheets, too many scattered documents, and too many late-night texts asking "what time does the florist arrive?"
We watched event planners — talented, organized professionals — spend hours wrestling with spreadsheets to build day-of timelines, manually updating vendor contact lists across five different documents, and fielding the same questions from couples, photographers, and DJs because the information wasn't in one accessible place.
So we built what they actually needed: a single workspace where every detail of an event lives together. A timeline the officiant can pull up on their phone. A shot list the photographer can check off on their iPad. A seating chart guests can search by name. A song request form the couple texts to 150 friends. All managed from one dashboard, all shareable with one link.
